Brief description:
Techno-Museum is a project to popularize technology. Its aim is to let pre-university students know the importance of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for the progress of humanity.
For that purpose, the site of the National Museum of Science and Technology (Museo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología, MUNCYT) in la Coruña has given a room for our project, in which conferences, talks, workshops and prototypes are being developed. They focus mainly in:
- ICT to hep dependent people.
- ICT as a tool for underdeveloped countries and rural areas.
- ICT to provide education and use of remote laboratories.
